Without
Faith

Faith
Ideas
The Bible tells us that we're to live by faith,
that we're to walk by faith and that apart from faith it's
impossible to please God. We've also seen that as we come down
to the end of the age that the angelic conflict will intensify
making it more and more difficult for God's people to live in
the spiritual life dynamic and keep moving forward in the plan
of God by faith. |
Sense Of
Security

Just
Passing Through
Believers in Jesus Christ are referred
to as aliens and strangers in the world, or pilgrims and
sojourners, and so we are. The reality is that this present
world is not our home; heaven is our home and the new heavens
and earth that God is going to create will be our eternal
home. But to have these concepts “sink in” to our souls, we
will need to understand what each term means. |

1. Power - the desire to be in
control, to tell others what to do.
2. Approval - the
desire to be well thought of, accepted by others.
3. Social
- the desire to constantly be around people, interacting with
them. |

Hell's Still Waiting
People today don't
talk about hell any more, not even in many churches. But just
because we don't talk about hell doesn't mean that it
went away! It's still there and it's still waiting.
The question is, is it waiting for you? If you have not
believed on Jesus Christ as your Savior, then it is waiting
for you. |
Adam's Folly
We all have looked at Adam's
actions from the point of sin, for he did sin against God, but
we can also call this Adam's folly because his actions ended
up being a costly undertaking having an absurd or ruinous
outcome for the planet Earth and all those who live upon it.
For his actions resulted in him turning over his rulership of
the earth over to Satan, the enemy of God. |
