December '14 -- Dealing With Emotions - Review  -- part 11 The external adversities of life, if not met at the border of our souls with faith in the promises of God, will be converted to stress in the soul thus triggering fear in the soul. The solution for fear is faith in the promises of God.	November '14 -- Dealing With Emotions - Review  -- part 10 The emotion of human love is a very powerful force, causing most people on earth to search for their “soul mates.” But what they fail to see is that a Right Man/Right Woman relationship is a blessing of Bible Doctrine and that its successful enjoyment is dependent upon both being positive to Doctrine!

The only real solution for our problems of the soul is a spiritual solution centered around God's Word and his Spirit! But how many years of her life were wasted in bitterness? - 1 Samuel 1:10	July '14 -- Dealing With Emotions - Review  -- part 6 There is a force inside each one of us that is trying to keep our painful, embarrassing, or sinful feelings buried inside of us. At the same time, there is another force trying to bring these feelings to the light of day, where the conscious mind can see them. This is where much of the tension in the soul comes from, and this is one of the things that causes stress in the soul.

October '12 -- Romans 8  -- part 2 Our inner essence is being changed by means of the dynamics of faith, the Word of God, and the filling of the Holy Spirit. These three concepts, coupled with going through various trials in life create a spiritual phenomena inside of us which transforms us in the inner man bringing us into conformity to Christ.	September '12 -- Romans 8  -- part 1 “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Rom. 8:18
August '12 -- Health and Healing  -- part 5 Do you just wish that you felt better, or do you really want to feel better? You have to want to change; You have to want to seek after anything and everything that will help you. You have to make a decision to be well and healthy; Pray to God to be well and healthy; Commit yourselves to the course of health, and then pursue after it the rest of your lives!	July '12 -- Health and Healing  -- part 4 Weakness leads to sickness and is just the opposite of strength and health. “Is anyone of you (in the church) sick?” The scriptural approach to sickness is very interesting. In Jas. 5:14 the Apostle James is telling them to call for the elders of the church, which indicates that they were familiar with this area of dealing with sickness in their society.

This is so important to us all, because our emotional state can adversely affect not only our state of mind, but our bodies as well. John 10:28 One has no right or claim to eternal life by virtue of being physically born. It must be granted to him by Jesus Christ, who gives it only to the one who trusts him as his/her Savior. A mother knows the sound of her infant, and children know the sound of their mothers and fathers. And in those days, and still today, the sheep know the sound of their shepherd.

And what he is saying is that not only is his nephesh more valuable than anything on earth, but also that everyone's individual nephesh is more special and valuable than anything else. But remember, the plan of God for his Son, in which the Lord had placed his full confidence, was not ending at the cross! It called for the Father to raise him from the dead after he died.

Many Pastors have also wondered as to why some believers continue on with the Word over the years, while most seem to fall by the wayside. But just because we don't talk about hell doesn't mean that it went away! It's still there and it's still waiting. The question is, is it waiting for you? If you have not believed on Jesus Christ as your Savior, then it is waiting for you.

It is not a wish or desire that good things will happen to you in the future, but the confidence that they will! The mental attitude of hope is one of the most important dynamics that a believer can have going on inside of him, and is to be cultivated along with faith and love.

Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."  James 4:7	May '06 -- A Vexed Soul A tormented soul comes about for the average believer as the result of a breakdown of not having the inner spiritual dynamic, that God has provided for us all, actively operating on the inside in their soul, and from being exposed to a variety of negative external concepts surrounding the believer in the society.
April '06 -- Angry Wives God has designed marriage to be a blessing to both the man and his wife, and the home to be a place of tranquility, a place where one can go to relax, a place for healing, but in so many homes today in our modern world marriage has become a setting of ongoing hostility between the husband and wife and the home a battle ground.	March '06 -- The World In the Old Testament the concept of the world, or the kosmos, is never used, only the words the heavens and the earth, but in the New Testament it is referred to many times. And it can refer to several things depending on the context: the earth itself, the inhabitants of the earth, the universe, and the system of control that Satan uses to control the people of the earth and keep them in bondage.

The doctrine of election, along with the millions of other Christian doctrines, is basically for believers in Christ only. 2. The doctrine of the gospel, where Christ died for our sins, was buried and raised again, and that salvation comes by faith alone in Christ alone is the only Christian doctrine for the unsaved.
August '05 -- Doctrine of Election For several centuries now Christianity has been divided over the subject of Arminianism, where man in free will can choose for salvation, and the doctrine of election, where God sovereignly chooses individuals for salvation. This is a vast doctrinal field to cover and one can spend years bringing forth the exegesis on the subject.	July '05 -- Whole Counsel Training "For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God."  Acts 20:27.  As Paul was returning back to Jerusalem, he called to himself the elders of the church at Ephesus to impart to them certain doctrinal concepts. In this matter he told them that he had communicated to them the whole counsel of God.
June '05 -- The Disappearance of Grace Believers Pride, carnality, worldliism, idolatry, hedonism, materialism, lust gratification, human good, self righteousness, debauchery, moral and immoral degeneracy, came into the picture as the people of God turned away from the Word of God. We are seeing it today as David saw it in his day and wrote about it in Psalm 12.	May '05 -- Romanism versus Christianity There are many Christians today who think that the Roman Catholic Church is a Christian church and that people can get saved by being a member of it and by holding to its teachings.  As always personal issues are never the issue, but what does the Word of God have to say on this matter.
April '05 --- Holiness and Godliness " But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,"  2 Peter 3: 10, 11	March '05 -- Sons of Bible Doctrine "Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways."  Proverbs 8:32.  It has been said that doctrine divides.  It does!  It divides the sheep from the goats; the saved from the unsaved; the true believer in Christ from the false Christian.
February '05 -- Demonic Fear "But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.  And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee."  1 Samuel 16:14,15	January '05 -- Faith I.D.E.A.S. "Whatsoever things ye ask for, by means of prayer, believing, ye shall receive."  Our faith should soar and our confidence in the Lord grow because that means that the "sky's the limit" for all believers in Christ!

December '04 -- December 25th "Christmas Day or Mithras' Day?"  It's coming around to that time of the year when many throughout the country celebrate Christmas.  The question is, is Christmas a Christian holiday?  Or, is it a pagan holiday that has been brought into Christianity and accepted as Christian? August '04 -- "Where is the Love?" "Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold."  Matthew 24:12	July '04 -- Resisting the Devil by the Power of Christ "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power."  Ephesians 6:10
June '04 -- The Lord Our Strength "Look to Yahweh and his strength; seek his face always."  Psalm 105:4	May '04 -- The Importance of Faith "For we walk by faith, not by sight."  2 Corinthians 5:7
April '04 -- Transitions "The world and its lusts are passing away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever."  1 John 2:17	March '04 -- What would Happen? What would happen if that which we believed were going to happen in the future had already taken place in the recent past?
